Landers Bread – We came up with this recipe to follow the LanderMan Plan guidelines – http://bit.ly/LanderMan It has been a great substitute for cornbread, even though it has no corn and is keto-friendly.

Ingredients

7 Eggs 

2 Cups Almond Flour
¼ Cup Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Inulin – Miracle Fiber
2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp Chia Seeds
2 T Collagen Powder (Optional)
¼ tsp of Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
5 oz Melted Butter

– Combine dry ingredients and mix together with a whisk or fork.
– Add eggs and wet ingredients
– Mix together
– Pour batter in a buttered bread pan – we use glass
– 320 degrees for 55 min
