Redbud Market Bistro Update!
We are thrilled to announce that The Redbud Market Bistro is almost ready for inspection by the health department and will soon be running full steam ahead. Our slogan, “Regenerative Food,” speaks to our commitment to building a resilient local food system that provides nutrient-dense, delicious food while promoting regenerative agriculture practices that benefit the environment and our community.
The name “Redbud Market Bistro” is inspired by the Arkansas native Redbud tree, which has heart-shaped leaves and beautiful pinkish-purple flowers in early spring. We are excited to support the planting and utilization of native trees in the state through silvopasture, alley cropping, and forest agriculture.
